SHOP POLICIES

 

Due to COVID-19, delivery times may be longer than expected because of reduced postal services.

 

For all delivery information please see our Shipping Information page. IMPORTANT NOTE: Any items shipped to the EU will now incur VAT, which will be collected by the receiving country and will need to be paid for any EU customer to receive their order. Any items with refused delivery due to these charges will only be refunded the order cost and not any shipping costs. Any orders bought through my Etsy store charge VAT therefore this does not apply.

Returns Policy

I offer refunds except for custom orders. If an item arrives damaged, please contact me with images. If you require a refund please contact me within 14 days of delivery, and ship the item back to me within 30 days.

If a return is agreed upon, I will not refund any return postage. If an item which is not faulty is returned, it will be checked before any refund is issued.

Please ensure the address you provide is the address you wish the item to be shipped to. I offer no refunds or replacements for items sent to an incorrect address. If an item has been refused delivery and returned to me, a refund is only provided for the order cost and not the shipping.

We are not responsible for missed and delayed orders due to customs clearance or non delivery.

 

Payment Methods

We currently accept Paypal only. For other methods, please see our Etsy store or look for us on eBay.

Custom Orders

Please contact me if you wish to discuss a custom order. Once the item and pricing has been agreed upon, the order must be paid for in full through an issued Paypal Invoice. Regular updates will be provided throughout the progress of your order and a final confirmation agreeing that the order has met your satisfaction is obtained before dispatch. If no response is received 14 days after the final confirmation has been sent, the order will be refunded and cancelled.



Pricing Differences

On occasion prices may vary between this website, suppliers retail stores/webstores, the website of any collaboration piece sellers, my Etsy store, eBay and prices offered at any stalls and events. Please contact us if you have any questions about pricing.



Models, Influencers, Social Media, Charities & Donations

We love seeing models and influencers on social media wearing our items! However as a small business we are unable to fulfill any requests for free items in return for exposure. Appropriate collaborations are welcome, please contact us.

We have previously supported local registered charities with donations, please contact us if you wish to discuss this.
