SHIPPING INFORMATION

 

General Shipping Information:

 


We currently ship within the UK, to the EU, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and a selection of other countries. Any items shipped to the EU will now incur VAT, which will be collected by the receiving country and will need to be paid for any EU customer to receive their order. Any items with refused delivery due to these charges will only be refunded the order cost and not any shipping costs. Any orders bought through my Etsy store charge VAT therefore this does not apply.
Shipping can be estimated within the shopping cart and also calculated at checkout. Shipping varies for the product type but will be combined at checkout.
 
Due to the increase in postage costs by Royal Mail, all tiaras and hair accessories now only ship internationally with the tracked or tracked and signed service, where available.

Due to COVID-19, all shipping services are delayed and orders may take additional time to reach you. Please check your local delivery service websites for information.
 
We currently ship orders throughout the week.
 
Please ensure the address you provide is the address you wish the item to be shipped to. I offer no refunds or replacements for items sent to an incorrect address. If an item has been refused delivery and returned to me, a refund is only provided for the order cost and not the shipping.

We are not responsible for missed and delayed orders due to customs clearance or non delivery.

Free Shipping Information:
Free shipping is available in the UK on certain items and orders are sent by 2nd Class Signed For. Free shipping excludes tiaras, some headbands and hair accessories and heavier/bulkier jewellery items.
A free shipping upgrade is automatically applied to certain order values and certain regions. Free standard shipping is currently applied at these order values:

Delivery Times:

UK Customers: Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. All qualifying orders for free delivery are sent 2nd Class Signed for. All other orders are sent 2nd Class Signed For. If free shipping has been applied, the order will be sent by the service specified above. A tracking number will be provided at the time of shipping and can be tracked via Royal Mail.

EU Customers: Please allow 5-7 working days for standard delivery. All items are sent by tracked services. We are not responsible for missed and delayed orders due to customs clearance or non delivery.

USA Customers: Please allow please allow 7-9 working days for delivery and customs clearance. If there is no one to receive a signed for item, USPS will attempt delivery again, however they will return it if it cannot be signed for.

All homewares and gifts have been checked for breakages and therefore the packaging may have been opened and resealed. Some homewares may be repackaged to ensure their safety when in transit and breakages must be advised on receipt. Please provide visual evidence to support this.
