SHIPPING INFORMATION
Due to COVID-19, we are extending our processing times to 1-2 weeks and delivery times may be longer than expected because of reduced postal services.
General Shipping Information:
We currently ship within the UK, to the EU, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and a selection of other countries.

Shipping can be estimated within the shopping cart and also calculated at checkout. Shipping varies for the product type but will be combined at checkout. Due to the increase in postage costs by Royal Mail, all tiaras now only ship internationally with the tracked or tracked and signed service, where available.

All standard shipping services do not provide a tracking number. A tracking number is only provided for expedited and tracked/signed for shipping services.
Free Shipping Information:
A free shipping upgrade is automatically applied to certain order values and certain regions. Free standard shipping is currently applied at these order values:

Delivery Times:
Orders within the UK - 3-5 working days, 1-2 working days for Tracked & Signed
Orders to Ireland - 5-7 working days, 2-5 working days for Tracked & Signed
Orders to Europe - 1-2 weeks, 7-9 days Tracked & Signed
Orders to the USA - 2-3 weeks, 7-9 working days Tracked & Signed
Orders to the rest of the world - 2-4 weeks
All delivery times are estimates and depend on your local delivery service and customs.
Please ensure the address you supply is the address you wish the item to be shipped to. I offer no refunds or replacements for items sent to an incorrect address.

All homewares and gifts have been checked for breakages and therefore the packaging may have been opened and resealed. Some homewares may be repackaged to ensure their safety when in transit and breakages must be advised on receipt. Please provide visual evidence where possible.
